Project brief
The WIL brief was a 3D hospital simulation about under-resourced public healthcare. Players had to feel the pressure of shortages, switch roles, and keep the clinic running through planned work and sudden emergencies.
The group prototype is the demo link. The pharmacy mini-game is Tiyah's public playable build from the same clinical work.

Clinical Trial puts you inside a crowded South African public clinic. You switch between manager, doctor, nurse, and janitor. Each role has its own jobs, from patient care and emergencies to cleaning and equipment, and every task spends time on the hospital clock.
Tiyah worked on the clinic simulation. She also published Pharmacist Mini Game, a Unity pharmacy simulation of imprint checks, pill sorting, dispensing, and labelling, as related clinical gameplay.
